We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, however if you do need to return an item you can do so within 21 days.
To Return an Item:
- Contact us at workwear@futurform.co.uk to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include your order number, date of purchase, the items you wish to return and if you would like an exchange or refund.
- Package up your items in their original packaging (items must be in unworn condition)
- Return your items to the below address, including your RMA number clearing on the outside of the package. (Return postage is paid for by the returnee.)

Returning Blank Items
- Blank items can be returned within 21 days for exchange or refund
- Items being returning must be in their original packaging and in unworn condition
- Returns cannot be accepted for worn items
Returning Customised Items
- Customised items can only be returned due to fault or defect with the garment or the customisation.
- Items cannot be returned once customised for fit issues.
